What I have found that brings people to therapy is a tension between two things, which is often an internal feeling and something that is happening in life. Sometimes this becomes so overwhelming that it feels as though we are drowning in decisions and feelings. Often it is our unconscious complexes and attachments that constellate this type of energy. I practice in-depth psychotherapy with a Jungian influence. This type of therapy is unstructured and long-term, which allows for space and flexibility for the healing process to occur.
I am trained in dream analysis and use exploration of dreams to bring unconscious processes into consciousness. I am also a certified yoga instructor and incorporate mindfulness, breath work, and the yogic philosophy into sessions. Our journey together will be full of connection, curiosity, and creativity!
