I specialize in working with teenagers (12 and up) and adults who need support and effective tools to manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I'm dedicated to providing practical skills that can be used daily and am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ and gender-nonconforming communities. I believe in using evidence-based therapies grounded in research. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help manage difficult emotions, address self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and improve relationships. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively treat trauma.
I'm excited to be part of Kikta Behavioral Health, where we deliver high-quality care using evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Our collaborative team is committed to providing comprehensive support tailored to your needs.
