As a counselor, my goal is to help empower individuals to examine their thoughts and behaviors so they can understand what is theirs and let go of what is not. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups. I have further training in codependency, love addiction, emotional abuse, and antagonistic relational stress. Additionally, I have completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and plan to be a Certified Gottman Therapist by the end of this year.
