Hey there, I'm Kari Buchholz, LCSW! For over a decade, I've been teaming up with folks and families, helping them move towards living a life that is genuine, connected, and fulfilling. Jumping into therapy isn't easy, but I aim to bring honesty, empathy, and a good dose of laughter to our sessions. I've had the privilege of working with people across all stages of life, specializing in trauma, children and families, anxiety and OCD. I'm big on providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment, and I'm committed to continuing to learn as much as I can about how to help you as an individual.
