Some paths have a nicely paved sidewalk, no cracks or bumps causing us to stumble along the journey. Most of the time, however, our paths take a little clearing and careful steps to get us to our destination. I am passionate about assisting clients in clearing and learning how to navigate their paths. When we meet together you will be greeted with enthusiasm, humor, and the tools to clear and navigate the tribulations in front of you.
I use a relaxed, person-centered approach throughout the therapeutic process. I maintain a warm and empathetic environment for my clients to explore and grow in. I specialize in interpersonal relationships, severe mental health concerns, and anxiety and depression. My counseling techniques are applied from various treatment modalities to best fit your needs.
