For 5 years I worked with Veterans and their families, helping them on their healing journey from traumas and negative life experiences. In using EMDR therapy, many have found relief from the residual effects including depression, avoidance, & anxiety. With implementing coping skills, mindfulness and learning a greater sense of self.
