I am a registered mental health counselor intern who is committed to providing personalized care to each client, tailoring my treatment to address specific concerns. I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and having observed the stigma associated with mental health, I became inspired to pursue a career path in counseling. I am passionate about educating individuals about the benefits of therapy, informing them of confidentiality, and normalizing their experiences.
I have experience working with individuals who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, and learning disabilities. I obtained my masters in education at Florida Atlantic University and to further my education, I am pursuing my doctoral degree at Nova Southeastern University in clinical psychology.
I am dedicated to providing therapy to diverse populations in a one-on-one or group setting. I meet people where they are, and walk alongside them where they want to be. My goal is to create a warm and comfortable environment for all those who seek my expertise. On my leisure time, I enjoy traveling, dancing, and learning!
