Since a young age, I have always strived to help others. Working with children, adolescents, and families for over fifteen years, I am here to help guide you to a life with more clarity. The support and guidance I offer is typically done through the lens of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, as well as solution-focused approaches and various therapeutic theories. I have a Masters of Education in School Counseling and an Education Specialist in Mental Health Counseling. Most importantly, I have equipped myself to build a relationship with you.
This will allow me to offer a listening ear and create a space of respect, empathy, compassion, and guidance. Together, we will work through identifying, managing, coping, and changing any maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, in an effort to lead a happier, healthier, and more successful life.
