Experiencing trauma or any kind of high-stress situation can make it more difficult to manage life because our body will store stress. Trying to forget or avoid what happened can be difficult and creates more stress. It doesn't have to rule your life. It is possible to manage your stress and feel relief from past experiences. I help clients manage the stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and pressures of life to feel more confident, hopeful, and free.
I help individuals overcome stress, anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, and trauma-related incidents. I have specialized training in trauma therapies (EMDR, TF-CBT) and holistic practices to aid the body in releasing stress and/or trauma. Holistic practices are optional and introduced slowly into sessions.
It takes courage and bravery to consider seeing someone to discuss your challenges. The first step can feel like the hardest step, but I'm here for you throughout the process! Take this as a sign that healing is possible and you DESERVE it! Email is preferred for inquiries to get a quicker response.
