I have an individualized, empathetic, and interactive approach to psychotherapy. I work with clients in crisis, coping with previous or on-going trauma, and those simply looking for direction. I work with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, self-harm, sexual, emotional and/or physical abuse, LGBTQ+ issues, PTSD and complex/developmental trauma. My approach is a theoretical blend of psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and client-centered.
I offer practical healing and self regulation techniques for anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and dissociation. I am certified in Eye Motion Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) by EMDRIA. My professional interest includes further training in the neurological impact of emotional trauma.
