My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space for adults and adolescents to process, heal, and grow as individuals. I have experience working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, and with individuals facing such challenges as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, developmental and life stage adjustments, and relational struggles.
My approach draws from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as insight-oriented work. As a client-centered clinician, the most important factors contributing to my therapeutic approach are your individual needs, circumstances, and strengths.
