I am a Black woman in America, and I see, feel, and understand trauma, shame, and pain on multiple levels. I am also extremely optimistic that humanity is on the path toward enlightenment. As a therapist, I am most excited about the integration of Western psychotherapy with Eastern meditation and somatic practices in treating struggles with emotional health.
