I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about assisting my clients to heal and grow through my clinical and lived experiences, compassion, and training. My areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, panic disorder, OCD, process addictions (including hair pulling and skin picking), and C-PTSD. I work with individual adults (ages 21+) who are seeking help for Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Complex PTSD, and Process Addictions (including those commonly referred to as Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors).
I use evidence-based treatment modalities in supporting my clients in their growth and healing including ACT, CBT, and ERP. My goal is to bring my expertise forward with compassion, active listening, and appropriate interventions. I use a collaborative approach which assists my clients in accessing their inner wisdom.
I became a psychotherapist with a strong desire to help others due to my personal growth and healing experiences. I use evidence-based treatment approaches, and it is very rewarding to me to witness my clients also grow and heal in ways they may never before thought possible.
