Trauma Informed Therapy and Narrative Therapy are specialties I offer. Those who have lived long past the tragedy don't have to suffer with flashbacks, nightmares, or dissociation for the rest of their lives. I use evidence based techniques and coping skills to help minimize daily triggers. I move at the client's pace when focusing on trauma therapy.
