As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I implement Bowen & Gestalt therapy techniques coupled with a person-centered therapy strength-based approach working with couples, families, reunifications, individuals, groups, and athletes. The therapeutic focus is to help individuals heal, energize, become aware of their inner strengths, and mental blockers. Marriage and family therapists address serious clinical problems, such as anxiety, depression, marital problems, individual psychological problems, and child-parent conflict. This is a relational unit of care, developed around the set of relationships in which the person dwells.
I provide Therapy Services and Post-Graduate MFT Supervision in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Michigan, and Canada. My specializations are pre-marital, couples, partners, families, groups, individuals, and a specialist in court-mandated reunification cases. I am a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) and a Gottman Trained Professional.
Couples and relationship therapists are trained in psychotherapy and licensed to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems.
