Hello! I am a licensed psychologist with 20+ years of experience. I work with adults 18 and older struggling with anxiety, trauma/difficult life experiences, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and women's issues. I welcome clients representing various identities, including LGBTQAI+, diverse races, cultures and religions. I combine ACT, EMDR, CBT and interpersonal/dynamic methods with mindfulness, while nurturing a compassionate and safe relationship. In practice, this means I will work with you to find patterns in your life that may cause problems, and collaborate on finding new ways of relating to yourself or others.
I begin by assessing the individual's needs and context. We will decide whether it makes sense for us to work together, and if so, work together to develop a treatment plan. I am always willing to talk through any questions so our work together feels safe and helpful.
