I specialize in both couples and individuals. I was trained in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy by Albert Ellis. My training as a Level 3 Gottman Couples Counselor has allowed me to work with a variety of relationship issues. I have also training by the Gottman Institute in Affair recovery. I provide guidance and tools to help you get relationship back!
