I believe that those in distress, grieving, angry or overwhelmed do not usually want a person to watch them drown, they want to be given a life preserver. With this approach I pro-actively educate, support, encourage and empower my clients through their personal and private choices, changes and challenges. I enjoy what I do because I come to the relationship with years of education, professional and personal experience as well as empathy, resourcefulness and compassion. We work together to move to a place of satisfaction and peace as well as confidence and accomplishment.
My specialties are working with couples,teens and adult individuals of all ages through major life changes, losses and adjustments. I have advanced training in working with those with attention-deficit, bi-polar, depression, anxiety, addictions of all kinds, anger, grieving and relationship concerns including all types of abuse.
My life mission is to provide professional quality counseling that is accessible, affordable and private to my community.
