As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I have successfully helped individuals and couples achieve their counseling goals using a variety of therapeutic interventions including art therapy, sand tray therapy, cognitive behavioral, emotion focused, Gottman couples, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapeutic techniques.
