We live in a time where we are being pushed beyond our limits, especially now with covid-19. Everyone is experiencing pressure as it relates to their finances, their families,employment and school. Due to the impact of these stressful situations, many people need guidance to find solutions to make their lives less overwhelming. I attempt to provide a warm,supportive environment for my clients.I am successful in forming positive relationships with adolescents, adults and families. In therapy sessions, I tend to use a goal oriented approach so my clients can leave feeling confident that they can handle all that life brings their way.
With almost 4 decades of experience & having attended a variety of workshops to stay current in the field, I have developed expertise in treating children & families, couples issues, and individual issues such as depression and anxiety. In addition, to my private practice I work in a public school & have the ability to help get educational services as needed
