Although I will work with any age group, I LOVE working with teenagers! I have over 25 years of professional experience in Christian life coaching and education. I worked in an adolescent, locked, psychiatric facility, in a school (in Costa Rica), in a private school, and part-time in my church.

I know it's hard! I cared for my mother with dementia for 7 years in my home. There were times that I just needed to vent, to have a listening ear, maybe even some advice. You don't have to feel like you are alone in this long, discouraging journey! Together we can help each other face each new day. Join us and share your struggles, your joys, your solutions, and maybe just your shoulder! "Two are better than one...his companions can lift him up..." Ecclesiastes 4:9-10. I can now offer a telehealth group of up to 15 maximum.
