I work and join together with individuals, couples (Gottman Method/Level 1), and families to collaborate, explore, and create change and hope with people at any age that are feeling unsettled, uneasy, or living with the effects of problems. Initiatives/actions: Strengths-based, CBT, Mindfulness, Person-centered, Narrative, Family Systems, Gottman Method L1
Some focus for our work might include: life transitions such as employment, divorce, relationships, moving, aging. Managing multiple roles such as parenting, caregiving, and partnering. Unresolved grief/loss. Co-parenting/mediation/collaboration. Chronic health problems/pain. The effects and experiences of violence or abuse. Identity/gender exploration.
