At Here With You Therapy, we give ourselves permission to be human and authentic. We specialize in developmental, attachment and relational therapy which transforms pain, trauma and grief into self-connection, relief and fulfilling relationships. We do this by exploring and transforming unhelpful childhood survival patterns that have carried into adulthood.

I am a neuro-queer therapist (LCSW) who offers individual therapy for adults 18+. I work with adults who are grieving, survivors or just wanting support in what they are navigating.
