I teach strategies to work with negative emotions and self-defeating thoughts triggered by change. Together we look at old patterns that no longer support the life you are creating, and identify alternatives that work. I believe that change is our teacher and we are life long students if we choose.

I create an environment that is calm and non-judging, enabling us to partner in exploring important life issues and discovering satisfying solutions.
