I have over 20 years of experience and specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, substance abuse, addictions, trauma, stress management and grief and loss. I am trained in Eye Movement Reprocessing Desensitization, a unique and highly effective approach to treating PTSD and other issues resulting from traumatic experiences.
