Accepting new clients both in person and via telehealth. Are you a deeply emotional person? Do you get sensory overload? Are you experiencing burnout, body pains or illness that doctors think is not medically explained? I practice a mixture of somatic therapy and parts work. Somatic helps you integrate your body and emotions in a way that is not overwhelming. Parts work is about understanding yourself in a way that promotes having a positive relationship with yourself. I love to help clients know and accept themselves through gaining deeper awareness of their internal systems.
Somatic-Based Parts Work: Helps your mind/body communication and uses visualization to delve into the many parts of you that feel disconnected. EMDR: Helps rid you of fears and triggers that can derail your everyday life. GIM: Uses specific pieces of music to assist you through visually exploring aspects of yourself you wish to better understand.
My approach is holistic, spiritual, and existential incorporating my many years of experience with nature based spirituality such as astrology, chakra work, vibratory energy healing, shamanism, and meditative mindfulness.
