Women's Empowerment Group
We are delighted to offer this 6 month work group specifically designed for women who struggle with self-esteem issues. If you experience difficulty with holding boundaries, being authentic, people pleasing, not knowing your own needs and wants, perfectionism, guilt-driven behaviors, as examples, then this workshop is for you. The workshop incorporates psycho-ed material, self-reflective exercises, emotional regulation techniques and experiential exercises to help you lean into knowing your worth. The group is $65.00 per group session and meets weekly at the same time for 90 minutes. Feel free to email regarding our next scheduled Group.

Betrayed Partners Group - Virtual
This 12-week, virtual, psycho-ed group provides a safe place to help betrayed partners work through the grief and devastation that accompanies discovery of sexual betrayal. As partners join together to talk about shared experiences, it helps to reduce the shame and pain that comes along with betrayal. The group also focuses on skill building and helpful tools to empower partners to regain control, learn to trust their own intuition and find inner safety. Topics covered include Understanding Complex Trauma, the Different types of Gas Lighting, Utilizing Anger in Productive Ways, Cultivating an authentic self, as examples.
