I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals and families or all ages with various challenges, and treat a range of challenges, including, but not limited to; Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Poor Self-Esteem, Trauma, Addiction, Interpersonal Relationships, Phase of Life and Adjustment Challenges.
I believe that, when one is ready to make a change, it is through identifying challenging patterns in one’s thinking and/ or behaviors that will increase insight, empathy, understanding, awareness and self-acceptance. I offer treatment that includes, CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based therapy.
I believe that life is always evolving and we are all capable of evolving with it and creating positive change.
