CBT Group with an emphasis on recovery
SWAG - Sober Women's Aftercare Group. I saw a real need for a step-down program of recovery for individuals leaving the protective bubble of inpatient or intensive outpatient treatment- so I'm delivering. I'm excited to announce that I am starting a women's aftercare program for relapse prevention. The format is a combination of support (processing) and education. The curriculum is based on proven research methods, while also being practical and relevant; it is designed to provide the tools and support needed for sobriety.
