Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Feeling anxious, angry, sad, but feel like you have to put a smile on and hide behind the mask of "Everything's ok, I'm ok"? Do you struggle with your traumatic past creeping into present day relationships? It is my passion to help adult women, like you, feel seen, heard, and comfortable taking the mask off in my office. My hopes is that through our work together, you will find relief from those hard emotions and break free from the traumatic experiences so you can feel whole and fully alive and no longer need to hide.
I take the time to truly get to know you and your story, build coping skills, and work on healing past wounds through EMDR, IFS, and CBT. I am an EMDR therapist, IFS-informed, and offer Christian faith-based integration and under the clinical supervision of Kelly Redwine, LPC, CPCS.
I understand that it can be difficult coming in for therapy. That is why I make sure that my office, whether in person or online, is warm, nonjudgmental, and a safe place to share your pain without fear. Together, we will work toward relief and healing. I look forward to walking with you on this journey.
