Hi! I'm Karen and I am excited to meet you. I enjoy being a part of my clients' journeys as they explore challenges, concerns related to anxiety and depression, and the ups and downs of life. I will meet you where you are at with a non-judgmental and curious attitude. Together we will explore and examine what you are experiencing currently and what you would like your future to look like and then we will be on our way!
In your first session we will get to know one another! I will ask you questions related to your current concerns and together we will start building our road map to help you get to where you would like to be. Whether that is 1 month, 6 months, or a year from now.
I am nonjudgmental with a curious mindset and attitude. I have a sense of humor and often bring humor into my sessions with clients.
