I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy; in which the goal is to come to terms with the unique underlying reasons for your distress. I treat each client as an individual. There are no scripted treatment protocols. We work where you find yourself today. Many clients who come to me have been unsuccessful in previous therapy and are feeling STUCK. I specialize in helping people change deeply held patterns that have not responded to other treatments. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, co-dependency, and addictions, as well as other challenges. I also work with people who were adopted, or have experienced mother loss.
