I believe that the work of therapy happens in a safe, non-judgmental setting which enables you to build a trusting relationship where you can share your deepest concerns, build resilience and develop insight which will enable you to develop more effective strategies and solutions in order to create and sustain a healthy more authentic and fulfilling life. If you find yourself repeating patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are not working for you or in relationships that don't work out and leave you wondering why, therapy can help. Sometimes, therapy is about focusing on a specific issue however often it is more encompassing.

I have been practicing for over 25 years and utilize an integrative approach to therapy. I have extensive training in CBT, trauma and hypnotherapy approaches. Clinical hypnosis is very helpful for general stress, anxiety and depression as well as for specific issues such as insomnia, teethgrinding, self-esteem, substance abuse, pain and phobias.

I am a compassionate, warm and empathic therapist which, in combination with extensive training and experience, enables me to work successfully with people as they navigate through the challenges of their lives.
