I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of issues related to the aging process. My clients are often struggling with challenges that occur as a result of lifestyle changes, the psychological impact of illness, and the need to redefine who we are and what we want as we move through the challenges of getting older. I provide support and grief counseling when coping with the loss or illness of a loved one.
My practice is focused on helping people navigate the issues that often arise as part of the aging process - retirement transitions, goal setting, coping with loss and illness, managing tricky family dynamics. Linkage with community resources and long-range planning for care may also be addressed, as needed.
I've specialized in working with seniors for over 30 years. It has been a privilege to learn the stories of my clients and to assist them with reaching their goals. Services are primarily provided through telehealth.
