I use an integrative method of mind-body-spirit through the use of EMDR, somatic body exercise, and faith, all method to help with trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, and life changes dealing with relationships or women's issues
Counseling is meant to be a place where we are able to walk through your struggles and find both real hope and practical help. I work with adults not just to relieve pain, but to find fulfillment and balance in life as a whole. I come from a Christian faith and perspective, to work towards health, wholeness, and stability
