Currently unable to take new clients. ...Many women find themselves struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, uncertainty and exhaustion while moving through various phases of their lives. These times can feel lonely and challenging such as navigating college life and peer relationships, pregnancy and postpartum mood shifts, or parenting. And some of these times can feel devastating, and sadly include the loss of a relationship, loved one, or child.
After 19 years of working in women’s care at the University of Kentucky, I am grateful to be able to serve women in my private practice. I have spent many years helping women with college adjustment, depression and anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum mood shifts, miscarriage/infant loss, substance use, parenting and unhealthy relationships.
I aim to provide a compassionate, comfortable, and relaxing environment where we can work together to help you move through days that may feel confusing and overwhelming, into days that feel more peaceful and joyful.
