I have over 15 years of experience working along-side individuals, children, and families trying to move forward during and after difficult situations involving their health, mental health and grief related stressors. I received my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2016.
My goal is to help client’s in finding emotional stability, and the capacity to overcome life’s challenges to include, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and general life transitions. This work is done collaboratively at a pace that is comfortable to you. I use therapeutic interventions from cognitive behavioral, strength based and solution focused psychotherapies
I assist client’s in learning coping strategies to regulate negative emotional reactions to stress such as anxiety, fear, and sadness.
