I work with children, teens, young adults and parents to help identify the root cause of disruptive or challenging behaviors that are affecting life at school or within the home environment. My clients are often dealing with anxiety, education challenges, impulse control issues, peer conflict, family conflict, life transitions, school refusal and more. I work with parents to provide a different perspective on the unmet needs that often cause the disruptions in every day life.
I identify challenges and use a strengths based perspective to encourage my clients to build towards solutions that work. It is my aim to hear what is not being said and ask furthering questions that guide our work. We then collaborate to identify the underlying causes of the problem to develop workable solutions that help the client to feel successful.

I can assist in improving your relationships with your loved ones while building your confidence in your self.
