Offering in-person sessions and telehealth sessions. My life’s work has been focused on helping people to live their best lives through understanding, perseverance, and empowerment. I have over 15 years of experience assisting and helping people in the mental health and substance use fields. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP).
As a therapist, I have an eclectic approach using evidence-based practices such as, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness techniques (to name a few) to assist with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, and trauma.
I strive to create a safe and understanding environment for people to work on their personal goals and overcome concerns that are causing a negative impact on their lives.
