Offering telehealth! I am committed to help my clients reach their full potential and confidently meet life's challenges. I understand the uniqueness of each individual and strive to provide personalized therapeutic interventions. Together, we work collaboratively to develop treatment goals in a positive, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples of all ages, backgrounds, and sexual orientations, dealing with issues including depression, anxiety, and life transitions. All correspondence and scheduling will be handled by me personally to ensure timeliness and confidentiality.
The majority of my career during the last 16 years has been spent working with children and families experiencing trauma, abuse/neglect, and separation issues. I have served in various roles with DFS and rehabilitative behavioral health agencies, and understand the challenges facing today's modern family and the need for a supportive network.
While I work predominantly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused orientations, I draw from many modalities including Mindfulness and Strengths Based approach. Each client is unique and sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. I enjoy connecting with my clients and understanding their personal world view and therapeutic needs.
