We are a group of therapists who serve individuals and families in the Fresno/Clovis community and beyond with evidence-based, compassionate, practical therapy. Some common treatment issues are relational conflict, social anxiety, depression, divorce/blended family transition, grief and loss, teenage perfectionism/achievement anxiety, developmental trauma and crisis intervention. We are prepared to work with traditional and non-traditional family systems, to address common issues like ADHD/neurodivergence support, eating disorders, non-suicidal self-harm, and problematic behavioral issues occurring in a family system.
We bring time tested and evidence based treatments such as trauma focused CBT, DBT, Solutions Focused therapy, EMDR, Parts Work, Attachment Theory and Somatic (body awareness) approaches to bear with authenticity and warmth in order to collaborate with clients about where they want to be by the time we've completed our treatment.
Gone are the days when the stigma of therapy prevented us from growth. Now we can all agree that the people who are going to therapy are those who have enough self esteem and hope to envision a better life for themselves, those they love, and the whole world. Yes, therapy can be that powerful. When you live better, the effect ripples to everyone around you.
