I specialize in youth 12 & under and the families that love them. I have specific experience & training with youth & young people with symptoms of autism spectrum, sensory processing difficulties, attention deficits & disruptive behaviors. I utilize you & your child’s strengths to improve emotional, cognitive & behavioral functioning. I incorporate children’s interests to foster a connection & relationship in counseling. Whether it be through play, art, music, or the outdoors, I want to encourage individuality & confidence while learning how to improve overall functioning. My goal is to help you & your child find balance.

I take a evidence-based systems approach, collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and other significant adults in your child’s life to identify barriers the child is facing and create a cohesive, consistent and individualized treatment plan.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents as well as certified in AutPlay Therapy.
