I draw from evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT and Play therapy to create an individualize therapy approach. I work with children, adults and couples who are coping with life changes, depression, anxiety, ADHD and grief. I have a special interest in mindfulness that I incorporate into treatment.
I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel safe and understood. I believe a positive therapeutic relationship is necessary to facilitate meaningful change.
