I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I received my degree from The California School of Professional Psychology. I also earned a Masters degree in Health Psychology. I have worked with a wide variety of issues including addiction, life coaching, pervasive mental illness, chronic pain, family issues, mood disorders, grief, life transitions and elder issues. I have worked with adolescents, adults and the elderly.
My interests include helping others manage symptoms of depression and anxiety while implementing behavioral changes to improve one's quality of life. I provide a supportive environment to help you explore what may be preventing you from achieving your goals and work with you to help you achieve the life you desire.
