I have a Master's degree from the Ohio State University and experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life adjustments, and stressors.
During our first session we will work together to develop goals for therapy, such as improving mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and emotional regulation.
