Searching for a therapist can be a challenge! If you’re looking for assistance with relationship issues, eating disorders, anxiety/depression, PTSD, sexual abuse, OCD, grief and other life challenges, you are in the right place. I am an EMDR trained therapist with additional experience in other techniques. Therapy is not "one size fits all", which is why I take a more holistic approach to helping my clients, finding what works for them. I offer services in-person and online, with immediate openings Monday-Friday (with some extended hours over weekends). I would love the opportunity to help you heal!
My focuses lie in sexual abuse, trauma/PTSD, and eating disorders. I am also well-versed in other areas such as mood disorders, stress or burnout, school/work problems, among many others. My training includes EMDR, ERP, CBT, CBT-E, and DBT.
