I work collaboratively with adolescents and adults of all ages to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to experience growth, healing, and change.
Some topics I work with include trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, adjustment disorders, self-esteem issues, and mood disorders. I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach partnered with evidence-based modalities to move with clients towards empowerment and growth.
