I work with individuals providing a client centered approach to make sure that they are comfortable in treatment and can carry the skills that we work on in sessions into the outside environment. I want to make sure that clients feel heard and supported on their journey toward overall wellness.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, anger management, family, women and marital issues and chronic stress/trauma related difficulties. I work closely with clients to help them reach their goals and achieve wellness so that they can cope effectively and feel better about their situations.
