I am a person centered therapist and like to approach each new client as an individual, working collaboratively on goals that are meaningful to them. I approach all client's from a trauma-informed lens and have extensive experience in working with children and young adults that have experienced abuse, neglect and complex trauma.
I have experience working with all ages and have practiced modalities such as play therapy, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, family systems and interpersonal counseling. I am passionate about and advocate for neurodivergent affirming treatment.
