I am trained as a trauma-informed therapist. I work through an “attachment lens” and when beneficial will incorporate my EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) training to reprocess some of those old messages that may still be replaying in your body.
I seek to explore with you past and present family relationships and other relationships in your life. As people, we are much more than our past and our physiology. We are also our social structures and our current social situation. My hope is that we can adopt an explorative stance about these through the duration of our time together.
